To drive and manage the marketing programs for the Retail and E-commerce domestic business, including the development and launch of new products/innovations.
1. Insights & Category market
• Use insight of the category market to understand the market development trends.
• Use insight of the competitor’s dynamic to understand market share.
• Use insight of the consumer to understand consumer’s requirements.
2. Category & Product Strategy
• Make up the plans for the new product launch and the increase of new categories.
• Manage and optimize the current product and create the Hero of our products.
• Develop the competitive price strategy to deliver brand value.
• Set up packaging design vision to meet the consumer’s need.
• Build an IMC strategy with ATL and BTL.
• Build a good communication strategy with social media, website, We-chat e-commerce,
• Lead and implement a good communication with new products launch.
• Lead KV creativity and POSM development.
• Develop the innovative gifting for sales.
4. Financial & Organization
• Develop annual marketing budget according to the sales target.
• Manage the budget in a timely way
• Contribute to the development of a high performing team culture.
• Bachelor Degree in marketing and/or commerce
• FMCG experience prefer with IMF or OTC product background
• 5+ year experience in Brand Management
• Better to have NPD experience
• Better to have IMF or OTC experience
• Good analytical and creative thinking
• Good English capability
• Positive thinking and detail orientated
