Main Objective:

1.Closely work with all functions on the varieties HR activities including recruiting, employment, performance management, employee relationships, and etc.

2.Link HR strategies with the business strategies and objectives in every HR initiatives. Provide appropriate HR solutions to help brands to improve current and future performance

3.Office admin management (for the first year)

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

HR Business Partner

1.Implement and review HR plan in line with HR strategy to ensure the needs of business scaling and expansion.

2.Identify organizational/functional issues, design and modify HR policies and process in meeting business needs. Complete relevant HR reporting and data maintenance.

3.Build credibility by provide effective HR services and consultancy to internal customers on a daily practical level especially commercial functions e.g. retail and marketing. Understand the business and provide point of views that reflect the HR implications of business decisions.

4.Influence managers to make appropriate assessment of employee performance and potential. Work with functions on people development plan.

5.Support HR Director on training needs, employee survey, talent and successions and etc.

 

Recruitment and Staffing

1.Assist HR Director to develop and implement headcount budget.

2.Responsible for recruiting the right candidate in line with headcount budget, pay attention to Company’s expansion plan and effectively support manpower needs.

3.Keep close communication with hiring managers to understand business plan and recruitment needs. Arrange interview process, provide interview and employment advice.

4.Review and manage recruitment channels, build JD pool, monitor recruitment cost. Ensure the company’s standard recruitment procedures is carried out.

5.Work with functions to handle disciplinary issues. Provide guidance and consultation on HR related issues when requested.

 

Performance Management

1.Work with functions on handling employee performance related issues.

2.Probation review and annual performance appraisal management.

 

Administration Management (within first year)

1.Support on office renovation, construction and maintenance

2.Deal with external suppliers for different services for the office

3.Manage admin team and costs

 


Requirement:

1.Degree and post graduate qualifications

2.At least 8 years relevant work experience with 3 years supervisory level

3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

4.Good knowledge of Employment regulations

5.Multi task and result oriented

6.Good English
